10:00AM in the conference room
of the Director of Operations (Mr.
Matt Lentell) located in the Ca-
dence Bank Arena.
Bid preparation will be in accor-
dance with Instructions to Bidders
bound in the project manual. The
BancorpSouth Arena reserves the
right to waive irregularities and to
reject any or all bids submitted.
Bids must be submitted on the
form to be furnished by the Engi-
neer and must be accompanied by
bid bond or certified check for at
least five percent (5%) of the base
bid payable to Cadence Bank
Arena Tupelo, Mississippi.
Bid envelope must contain on
the outside of the envelope, the
Contractor's current Certificate of
Responsibility Number and the
Contractor's License Number un-
less a statement on the exterior
