Cadaver Training

The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Forces Reserve, New Orleans, LA intends to award a sole source order to Surgical & Medical Training Services (SMTS) for the proper use of human cadaver specimens in surgical and medical training is essential for providing future medical professionals with hands-on experience, helping them to develop the skills necessary for real-world clinical practice. Quantity (2) Tissue steward Tissue Steward Quantity, (4) Cadaver specimen: Whole body Quantity, (4) Cremation of cadaver specimen Quantity, (4) Specimen Delivery/shipping charges, Quantity (2) Lab supplies Refrigeration

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and "Other than Full and Open Competition" as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is 1 July 2025. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 28 May 2025 at 12:00 pm Central Standard Time.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
