Utah State University intends to use Cache Valley Electric for Sonnen Battery Pack installation at its EVR Facility. The university believes this procurement qualifies as a sole source because CVE has done the majority of the work on the west side of the lab and has all the background information for the existing infrastructure. They also installed the original junction box where these battery packs will connect and all the conduits that exist in the proposed installation area.
