CACHE RIVER PROJECT
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for CACHE RIVER LOG REMOVAL PROJECT, to be constructed for JACKSON COUNTY, ARKANSAS will be received at the office of the JACKSON COUNTY JUDGE and addressed to 208 Main Street, Newport, Arkansas 72112 until 10:00am on Friday, August 8, 2025, at which time the bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud.
Documents can be viewed by potential bidders in the Jackson County Judge’s Office or sent electronically by email.
Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date. Within 60 days from the bid date, Jackson County may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder or reject any or all bids for the project.
Jackson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of Jackson County, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
