Cables and Bulkheads for Ocean Observatories Initiative

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of cables and bulkheads from Ocean Innovations as a sole source because of its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment. Ocean Innovations was selected as the supplier to provide cabling and bulkheads for the Ocean Observatories Initiative. The existing equipment uses connectors with the OOI instrumentation that only the cables and bulkheads from Ocean Innovations can provide. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at pacs@oregonstate.edu by October 16, 2023 at 12:00 pm, PST.
