It has been determined to be in the best interest of the governemtn to amend solicaiton SPRRA2-25-R-0067.

Solicaiotn SPRRA2-25-R-0067 has been amended as follows:

1. The solicitation is now a Total Small Business Set Aside.

2. The closing date and time has been extended to 13 July 2025 at 12:00 PM Central Time.

All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Government proposes to acquire on a 5 Year IDIQ Firm Fixed price contract, a quantity of MIN50/MAX250 each of CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC; NSN: 6150-01-476-2329, Part Number: 13502510, Noun: Cable Assembly, Special, in support of the M-DP Avenger Weapon System. This is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) Set aside. Only Offers from EDWOSB shall be accepted.

Production Lead Time (PLT) with PRODUCTION LOT TEST-GOVERNMENT FACILITY is, 720 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to PR W0H9 US ARMY AVN & MISSILES CMD REDSTONE TECHNICAL TEST CENTER COTTONWOOD RD BLDG 8022 MF 4500 REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL 35898-8052.

This action is being procured under AMSC G1 which states: The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to: usarmy.redstone.devcom-avmc.mbx.amr-ss-sar@mail.mil . All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The solicitation may be posted prior to the synopsis closing date stated above. The solicitation shall be open for a minimum of 30 days from the date it is published.
