Minimum Quantity is 7 each and Maximum Quantity is 27 each to the Patriot Weapon System (M-D6). NAICS: 335311, F.O.B. Destination with delivery to. SR W0H9 US ARMY AVN & MISSLES CMD, REDSTONE TECHNICAL TEST CENTER, COTTONWOOD RD BLDG 8022 MF 4500, REDSTONE ARSENAL, AL, 35898-8052. Required delivery is 7 each 172 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This is restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation (64059) because this part must be acquired for the second or subsequent time, directly from the actual manufacturer. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity´s procedures Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application.

One contract will be awarded as a result of this requirement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 Nov 2024.

The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
