Bid Description:
Project Overview The Twin Valley Board of School Directors seeks proposals from qualified
entities to replace five (5) cabinet unit heaters at the Twin Valley Middle High School (4299 VT
Rt.100, Whitingham, VT).
Special Instructions:
1. Replacement of Five Cabinet Unit Heaters (B Pod)
? Lockout/Tagout the heating system and drain the system.
? Disconnect, remove, and properly dispose of five existing cabinet unit heaters.
? Provide and install five new cabinet unit heaters (Daikin FHVC106A or equivalent).
? Provide and install new heating valves, aquastats, and relays.
? Connect to existing controls, heating loop, and line voltage electrical.
? Fill and purge the system.
? Perform and document complete start-up and commissioning of each unit.
