Project Description: The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry) has scheduled the construction of a surfacing structure on Highway No. 4 from 0.3 km south of its junction with the access road to Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park (Highway 261) to the Northern boundary of the Town of Kyle (Railway Ave); for a total distance of 21.74 km.
The work (contract H26032) is planned to be tendered in June 2026, with construction anticipated in the 2026 construction season.
