ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the North Carolina State Ports Authority (NCSPA) until 3:00

PM on January 27, 2026, in the Executive Board Room of the NC Maritime Building, 2202 Burnett

Boulevard, Wilmington, NC 28401 (attention Mr. Kyle Bennett), for the construction of the ZPMC

STS Crane Improvements Project at which time and place bids will be opened and read. Proposals

may be delivered in advance of this time/date, respondents need not be present at bid opening.

A Pre-Bid meeting will not be held for this project.

This project includes construction services, painting and welding on STS crane structures of various

locations.

Electronic (PDF) copies of the complete plans and specifications for this project may be obtained at

no cost (send request to: kyle.bennett@ncports.com).

The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
