Perform historical restoration of the roofing on the Bunkhouse building located at Wilder Ranch State Park in Santa Cruz County, California, it being understood that the main roofing materials for the project (shingles, cedar breather, cap sheet, and 3/4" sheathing) shall be furnished by Santa Cruz District and are excluded from the project bid, and that project scheduling shall be subject to material availability and weather conditions.

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived - however the DVBE incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation. Refer to the DVBE forms beginning with DPR 479IW.

Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
