Construct level picnic/staging area adjacent to Visitor Center (south-west side). Work to include retaining wall, concrete flatwork, new shade ramada, three picnic tables, new accessible drinking fountain, and new shelter for information panel at TRIONE-ANNADEL STATE PARK in Sonoma County, California.

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 6%.
