CAD- 306 E Jackson Street 280A4N, Tampa Florida. Bids delivered in person should be handed to

the Oﬃcer at the First Floor Security Desk.

Bids will be received no later than 1:30 p.m. on the indicated Bid Date for the following Project:

CONTRACT NO.: 24-C-00032 TPD Howard Ave. Annex Bldg

BID OPENING: 1:30PM, Tuesday, December 2, 2025; ESTIMATE: $40,000,000 SCOPE: The

renovation and rehabilitation of an existing 38,000 SF (approximate) warehouse building, with

a new 7,367 SF addition, including but not limited to, new site paving, surfaces, furnishings,

amenities, fencing, landscaping, irrigation, retention pond, as well as directional and

identification signage, The scope of work shall also include, but not limited to, all demolition

and removal of debris as outlined as well as new walls, floors, ceilings, roofing, windows, doors,

furnishings, fixtures, equipment, cabinetry, shelving, lockers, HVAC, electrical service, lighting,

solar, data, communication lines, and security systems. Additionally, the scope of work shall

include all tasks and activities required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract

Documents.
