Description
Project Description: The project consists of renovating portions of each floor of 2525 C. Street, Anchorage to accommodate relocating ANTHC’s departments. Renovations include demolition, removal, and/or addition of, including but not limited to, the following: fire alarm devices, sprinkler heads, walls, lighting fixtures, and exit signs.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by the Scope of Work, Specifications and as shown on the Drawings.
Site Visit: A non-mandatory site visit will be held at 11:00 AM on July 7, 2026 at 2525 C Street. This meeting will clarify the information that is requested and allow interested bidders an opportunity to ask questions about the project and related ANTHC processes.
Anticipated Schedule: The Project has an anticipated completion date of January 31, 2027.
Award Statement: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
