The scope includes the replacement of:
- Five (5) manually operated coiling service doors at the South Carlsbad State Beach utility/shop building (six-stall and shop building).
- Two (2) motor-operated coiling service doors at the North Sector Office.
All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and industry standards, and shall result in fully functional, secure, and weather-resistant installations suitable for a coastal/marine environment.
