Sealed bids for the new Solid Waste Transfer Station will be received by the Walthall County Board of Supervisors
until 10:00 A.M. local time on Wednesday, July 09, 2025 , at the Board Room located at 200 Ball Avenue, Tylertown, Mississippi 39667, and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com .

The work involved in the project includes construction of a 3,320 sq. ft. Solid Waste Transfer Station, office, truck scales and related items of work as described in the project Bidding Documents. All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429, (601) 731-2600, www.dunganeng.com . Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Walthall County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
