The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Sierra District needs the following:

Septic Vault and/or Tank Pumping and Disposal at Emerald Bay State Park in El Dorado County.

License required: CA Motor Carrier Permit

Engineer's Estimate: $55,180.00 (this is an estimate and is not a guarantee of minimum service levels)

Contract Term: Two (2) Years from Notice to Proceed

Job Showing: There will be no job showing. Prospective bidders are responsible for examining the site(s) and verifying all conditions before placing a bid.

Questions and Answers: Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meeting shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions to Sierra.Contracts@parks.ca.gov no later than 2:00 p.m., on January 30, 2026. Answers will be provided by Addendum on this website on February 4, 2026, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed.

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation goal is 6%. THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN WAIVED, but the incentive still applies. Please see DPR 479IW insert in bid booklet.

Small Business and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed GSPD-05-105 form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
