C25555003 SALTON SEA SRA - Restroom Repaint at Mecca Beach

Abate lead, paint, prep wood and corrugated asbestos siding, and prime and paint the approximately 1452 square foot exterior of the comfort station. This project will consist of cleaning, scraping, priming, and painting on both corrugated asbestos siding and wooden siding in the SALTON SEA SRA in Riverside County, California.

Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation:  A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
