Scope of Work

The Scope of Work is generally summarized as follows:

1. Replacing and installing new sprinkler water piping system,

1. Replacing and installing new sprinkler heads,

1. Performing a topography survey,?

1. Removing and replacing existing fire service connections,

1. Removing and replacing existing sidewalk, and

1. Performing lead and asbestos abatement. asbestos abatement of all areas impacted by the work.

100% FTA

This is a IFB A+B Contract.

Goals: DBE 22.5%

The maximum project Substantial Completion term is 730 Calendar Days
