C25730002 Refuse & Recycling Services Dos Rios State Park

The refuse removal provider will provide all labor, tools and equipment to haul and dispose of refuse at Dos Rios State Park.  The refuse removal labor will be performed on a weekly schedule.  The Weekly pick up will consist of two 6 yard dumpsters located in the base camp area at Dos Rios State Park.  The State can call the contractor in the event that extra pick ups and/or large equipment, such as roll off, are required for abnormally busy occasions. The tools and equipment that are visible to the public should be in good to like new condition.

The legal Term and performance period of this contract, if awarded, shall commence on, August 1, 2025, or upon DGS-OLS Approval, Which ever is later and terminate approximately July 31, 2026, or one year from DGS-OLS Approval, whichever is later
