Description

Nashville VA Medical Center, Request for Quote IAW FAR Part 13

to provide dialysis drain replacement services, as outlined in

the statement of work. Comparative evaluations of quotes will

be performed IAW FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) best value based on price

and other factors (See B.4 Evaluation of Quotes). This

Requirement is 100% set aside for SDVOSB contractors.

Any contractor that provides a quote without signing

VAAR 852.219-75 certifying compliance with limitations on

subcontracting cannot be considered for award.
