Provide Tents ,Chairs ,Audio PA system ,Portable toilet Rental to include delivery, set up and tear down for annual Memorial Day Ceremony.

SAF FY25
The purpose of this amendment for National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, is to include additional information and provide map for Memorial Weekend rentals for ceremony.
1. Tents will be setup on artificial turf grass in front of cemetery main stage.
2. No stakes are permitted as they would be on artificial turf grass. The use of concrete ballast to secure the tents is preferred.
3. Tents and chairs would be setup on 5/24/2025, because the day before the event (5/25/2025) will be cemetery staff finishing set up and ceremony rehearsals. Setup would need to be complete to avoid disruptions.
A cemetery map has been added as an attachment to show the arrangement of portable toilets and handwashing stations.
