The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids from qualified vendors for pest and rodent control services for the Elephant Hill Modulars at the Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument® (HSSSHM) Hilltop. Bids will be accepted via mail and e-mail until December 8th, 2025, at 3:00 PM at which time they will be publicly opened. A fillable excel sheet of the bid forms has been attached for the convenience of the bidder. Questions regarding this solicitation and job scope related questions shall be submitted to the DPR Bids SLO Coast District email at DPR.BidsSLOCoastDistrict@parks.ca.gov by December 2nd, 2025, no later than 3:00PM. Questions shall be addressed through an addendum attached to this solicitation advertisement.
