42201 C-10 Palm Harvest_2nd Call

The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from qualified Respondents with a minimum of three (3) years of experience harvesting cabbage palms. The selected Respondent shall harvest cabbage (also called Sabal) palms within designated areas, remove and transport harvested palms away from District property and purchase all harvested palms from the District at the bid rate. The awarded contract will have an initial term of two years and three 12-month optional renewal terms.

The Respondent acknowledges that the District does not maintain an inventory of marketable palms and makes no representation or guarantee regarding the quantity, size, or quality of marketable cabbage palm trees available for harvest.
