The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:
Clean out and plug seven (7) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 1,000 to 3,400 feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for August 27, 2025, at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at 40.1584, -80.2789 (Parking Lot), Washington Crown Center, 1500 West Chestnut Street, Washington, PA 15301. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID. |
