Clean out and plug one (1) abandoned gas well, estimated to be approximately 2000’ feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well site Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for May 13, 2026, at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Robert Morris University, Parking Area on Colonial Way (Next to Baseball Field), 40.523194, -80.210583. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID. |
