Description View Changes
The purpose of this amendment is to make the following revisions to the RFQuals:
1) Provide Questions and Answers.
2) Make minor revisions and adjustments to some of the RFQuals language including but not limited to the extent of licensure and response date.
3) Provide clarifying detail regarding Past Performance and provide a Past Performance Questionnaire attachment 01.
4) Emphasize the Response due date of February 06, 2024

No other changes are anticipated and there are no time extensions for submitting the requirements to respond to this Request for Qualifications.
