C24950007 Lake Perris SRA (WCI) Alessandro Island Picnic Ramada's Project

Contractors shall furnish all services of work, labor, materials, tools equipment, personnel and supervision, insurance bonds, licenses and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect cost necessary to fully design, fabricate and install 18 Ramada's.

Reducing the Quantity of ramadas from 26 to 18 and concentrating them around the restrooms and key spots on the island for maximum visitor's experience. Replacing them with steel and sustainable materials that will last for 20+ years with minimal maintenance. We are looking for a 12¿x12¿ Dimensions and all Galvanized hardware colors are optional will need concrete footings we could accommodate contractors ferrying back and forth to the island, so they do not need to rent a boat.

All Demo will be in house we can bring concrete mixers to the island but no Concrete Truck we will leave a clean spot for contractors to work in.
