C24K0382 - District Facilities Management Program is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Fire Suppression System Services to the McClellan facility. Contractor agrees to
provide quarterly inspections, quarterly maintenance, as well as annual inspections, testing and 5-year inspections and testing on this facilities Fire Sprinkler Systems at the McClellan Facility at 4940 Lange Ave., McClellan California.

It is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed.

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE):  The DVBE participation requirements have been waived for the purpose of this bid, but the incentive still applies. Please see IFB Bid Instruction booklet insert DPR 479iw for more information.

Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation:  A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
