1715C612 Grade, Drain and Base Project

Sealed bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein for the Grade, Drain, and Base Project will be received until 2:00 PM, local time, on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 , by the Pearl River County Board of Supervisors and then publicly opened and read at the County Administration Office located at 109 West Pearl Street, Poplarville, MS 39470. Sealed bids shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and performing all work necessary to complete the Grade, Drain, and Base Project. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com . No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. All electronic bids shall be submitted as ONE (1) PDF document.

The work under this contract includes ±35.5 acres of grading roadway and lots, drainage, box culvert, roadway base, and other associated items of work at Pearl River County Industrial Site as described in the Construction Plans and Contract Documents. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 11:00 AM, local time, at the County Administration Office located at 109 West Pearl Street, Poplarville, MS 39470. All interested parties are urged to attend this conference.

Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The Pearl River County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
