Construct a new campground, support buildings, associated utilities and infrastructure, and new beach access at FORT ORD DUNES STATE PARK in Monterey County, California.

Instructions to Download Bid Package:  Prospective bidders may examine and obtain the bid forms, specifications, plans and addenda (if any) by downloading this bid package from this website.

Questions and Answers:  Any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions to Merrilee.Byrnes@parks.ca.gov NO LATER THAN 2 p.m., seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening date.  Answers will be provided by Addendum on this website, and it is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addendum as needed.

Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE):  The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 6%.  Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive.  DVBE Incentive:  For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 6% DVBE participation requirements.  Refer to the DVBE forms beginning with DPR 479IP.

Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation:  A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
