CAD, 306 E Jackson Street 280A4N, Tampa, Florida 33602. Bids delivered in person should be

handed to the Oﬃcer at the First Floor Security Desk.

Physical bids will be received no later than 1:30 p.m. at the above address on the indicated Bid

CONTRACT NO.: 26-C-00042 Forest Hills Park Pump Station Replacement

BID OPENING: 1:30PM, Tuesday, August 4, 2026 ESTIMATE: $2,800,000 SCOPE:

Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing

temporary stormwater pump station and construct a new fully automated duplex stormwater

pump station at Forest Hills Park. The work includes installation of wet well, pumps, SCADA

system, electrical and control equipment, emergency generator, piping, site improvements,

park restoration, and all associated appurtenances required to provide a complete and

operational system in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work shall also include

demolition, removal, and disposal of existing structures and equipment; coordination of City-

purchased equipment with the City and equipment suppliers; receipt, unloading, storage,

protection, installation, testing, startup, and integration of City-purchased items into the pump

station system; site restoration; and all other work necessary to deliver a fully functional and

operational facility.

Bids will be opened in the 4th Floor Conference Room, Tampa Municipal Office Building, 306 E.
