On attachment 3 uploaded in SAM and under SPEC 01 32 16.01 Section 1.13 A. Project Design Schedule Risk Analysis/Mitigation Plan, states: the "A/E shall conduct the statistical schedule risk analysis based on the above detailed construction activities."
Response: It would only be submitted during the design phase based off their anticipated construction CPM for the project
