C5612515-D, Rebid 2 - Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Services

This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Elevator Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services at Correctional Training Facility (CTF).  The Contractor will compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, permits/licenses, transportation, equipment and every other item of expense necessary to provide routine preventative elevator maintenance, inspection and repair services for the California Department of Corrections and rehabilitation (CDCR), CTF located at Highway 101 N, Soledad, CA  93960.
