C5612536-D Paint Gun and Parts Cleaning Equipment Rental and Maintenance Service

This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Paint Gun and Parts Cleaning Equipment Rental and/or Maintenance and Repair Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, materials, supplies, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), tools, equipment, storage, setup/removal costs, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary unless otherwise specified herein to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) participating locations listed on Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.

The Contractor shall provide paint gun and/or parts cleaning equipment and/or supplies listed on Exhibit A-1, Equipment and Supply List (or equivalent, when pre-approved by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee), to be used onsite at CDCR institutions/facilities. The Contractor shall provide maintenance and repair services to all equipment. Maintenance and repair services to state-owned equipment shall be performed upon request by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee.
