C5613177-D - KITCHEN HOOD, FIRE SUPPRESSION, AND HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT SERVICES

The Contractor shall install and replace Kitchen Hood, Fire Suppression and Heating,
Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), equipment. The Contractor shall be compensated
for the services in accordance with the service rates specified in the Exhibit B-1, Public
Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment
parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training,
permits, licenses, insurance, bonds, transportation, travel, per diem and every other expense
necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation
(CDCR), Correctional Construction Mentorship Program (CCM), located at California State
Prison Corcoran (COR), 4001 King Avenue Corcoran, CA 93212.
