C5611695-D, Cable Television System Infrastructure Services

This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Cable Television (CATV) System Infrastructure Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the applicable rate(s) specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all services identified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations identified on Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations.

The Contractor shall provide all preventative maintenance, inspection, repair, testing, and certification services for CDCR equipment specified on Exhibit A-1, Equipment List. The Contractor shall repair deficiencies identified by the institution/facility CDCR Contract Liaison or designee for the antenna, headend, modulators, combiners, distribution amplifiers, distribution cable, couplings and connectors and other components. Components may be digital, analog or IP-based devices.
