Description:
Automatic Gate and Roll-up Door Maintenance Services. Bids must address all services
described in Exhibit A entitled, ¿Scope of Work¿ that is included in the Proposed Agreement
Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services
and work to be performed, as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced
exhibits.
The CHP intends to make multiple agreement awards (one contract per location) to the
responsive and responsible firm offering the lowest bid for each location. This IFB is open
to all eligible firms and/or individuals that meet the qualification requirements. Bidders are
not required to submit a bid for all locations.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Bid Due Dates are varied - please read IFB as "end date" of 11/19 is for the last walkthrough location/ Other locations have earlier bid due dates!
