Furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to:

Repair and repaint the exterior of the structure known as the Middle-Class Grower's Home, or the "Bannister House" using oil-based primer and paint to match the existing colors. Work includes replacing rotted or damaged wood, preparing all surfaces, and applying a minimum of two coats of primer and paint to the siding, eaves, fascia, windows, front and side doors, and front entrance deck. Provide all necessary materials for wood repair and paint preparation, including plastic, paper, tape, caulking, patching compound, and Bondo, and submit 2-4 color samples for department approval. All construction debris to be cleaned up and hauled away and manage any required rental equipment.

The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived - however, the DVBE Incentive still applies.
