Sealed bids for the construction of Recreational Trails Program Project No. 23- RTP-376 Atwood Water Park – Trailside Restroom for the Town of Monticello in Monticello, Mississippi, will be received by The Honorable Martha Watts, Mayor of the Town of Monticello, Mississippi, until 10:00 a.m. local time on June 25, 2025 , at the Town Hall located at 202 Jefferson Street, Monticello, MS 39654, and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read.

The new Trailside Restroom project includes the construction of a single story building with plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and related items of work.

All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P.A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429, (601)731- 2600, http://www.dunganeng.com/ . Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. For questions regarding website accessibility or obtaining bid documents, please contact Plan House at 662-407-0193.

Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com . No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. All electronic bids shall be submitted as ONE (1) PDF document.
