NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Electronic bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County,

Ohio, on behalf of the Washington County Engineer until 9:30 a.m., Prevailing Local Time on Tuesday,

the 26th day of May, 2026 and will be opened immediately thereafter for:

Furnishing of all services, labor, materials and equipment required for the paving of Washington

County Road 341 according to the specifications herein.

NOTICE: ONLY BIDS FROM CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS WHO ARE

CURRENTLY PREQUALIFIED BY THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (ODOT) SHALL

BE ACCEPTED.

Copies of the Construction Plans, Bidding Forms, and Specifications on the Unit Price Contract

may be viewed via Bid Express.

Each bid shall have filed with it a bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or

letter of credit revocable only at the option of Washington County in an amount equal to 10% of the bid or

a bond in accordance with division (B) of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code.
