Statement of Work
S-21 Replacement condensate tank
Albany Stratton VAMC

Introduction Stratton VAMC s mission is to provide world class healthcare for veterans in the capital region and upstate New York.

Background /Objective Replacement condensate tank and pump set

Parts contractor shall provide.

One (1) Shipco model 454-PCD Duplex condensate unit 57-gal receiver with 3-inch inlet.
Two (2) NEMA 1 mechanically alternating pumps 117PF vertical conditions 45GPM @ 40 PSI 2 NPSH inlet 1.5 inch Discharge 3HP 460 V 3PH 3500 RPM JM Frame TEFC Motors
Two (2) suction inlet valves for service
One (1) dial thermometer
One (1) NEMA 1 control Panel mounted and wired with liquid tight conduit. Nema Magnetic Starter with integral braker. With auto, off selector switches and push to test for each pump. Led pilot lights single point power connection. Through door circuit brakers with lock out tag out accessories.
One (1) 3-inch NPT low profile inlet basket strainer.
Two (2) 0-60 psi pressure gauges.
Two (2) ¼ inch steel ball valves
Two (2) gauges coil syphons
Two (2) 1.5-inch Steel Spring Check valves.
