NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Modesto, County of Stanislaus, State of California, will receive electronic sealed Bids for the following work: Bystrum Area - Phase 1 Strengthen & Replace Water Mains .

The City Clerk of the City of Modesto, California, will accept all required bid forms electronically through the OpenGov Procurement portal prior to Tuesday, September 1, 2026 and before 11:00 am , in accordance with the Contract Documents for the Bystrum Area - Phase 1 Strengthen & Replace Water Mains . The bid security, if being sent by mail, shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and filled with the City Clerk, Tenth Street Place,1010 Tenth Street, Suite 6600, Modesto, California 95354, (Mailing Address: P.O. Box 642,Modesto, CA 95353) prior to the Tuesday, September 1, 2026 and before 11:00 am with the outside of the bid envelope indicating:
