The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission invites proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Strategic Plan for the Blackstone Valley Partnership for Public Health, which serves the towns of Blackstone, Douglas, Hopedale, Mendon, Millville, Northbridge, Upton, and Uxbridge. The plan will support long term regional public health planning and governance.
The RFP document is available for collection at the CMRPC office or can be requested by email from Connor Robichaud at crobichaud AT cmrpc.org beginning at 10 a.m. on August 11th, 2025. The document will be available until the submission deadline at 10 a.m. on August 28th, 2025. Proposals must be delivered to CMRPCs office at 1 Mercantile Street Suite 520, Worcester, MA 01608.
Please note that CMRPC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Final contract approval will be subject to review and acceptance by CMRPC.
