Notice is hereby given that Philadelphia Gas Works (“PGW”) will receive sealed proposals on or before September 3, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, via pgw.procureware.com, for a contractor to provide Architectural/General Contracting services for 1 ^st Floor Renovations (Phase 2) at 800 W. Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19122 as more specifically provided herein.

This document outlines PGW’s objectives, describes the services and materials to be provided, and outlines the obligations of PGW and the selected Proposer.

Questions concerning this Best Value RFP (this “RFP”) shall be directed in writing to PGW via pgw.procureware.com. Proposers may not contact PGW personnel regarding this RFP other than through pgw.procureware.com.

These dates are estimates only and PGW reserves the right to alter this schedule as it deems necessary or appropriate.

The successful Proposer will provide the labor, materials, service, equipment, and expedited permits through the City of Philadelphia’s License and Inspection Department to complete the scope of work for 1 ^st Floor renovations (Phase 2) - Architectural/General Contracting, 800 W. Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19122 per the specification, project drawings and other documents attached to the Contract.
