This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting
Office (NCO) 4, brand name only Bio-Rad immunoassay QC materials. This services requirement is for the Butler VA Healthcare Clinic located at 353 North Duffy Road, Butler, PA 16001. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about April 17th, 2026.

The full solicitation will be unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing: the size standard is $1250 Employees.

Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation
