Business Administration Renovation (Interior Demolition)

UNC Pembroke Facilities Pinchbeck Building- Conference Room-141 P.O. Box 1510 Pembroke, NC 28372 The interior demolition scope is intended to expose all existing conditions in preparation for the upcoming renovation. Originally constructed in 1969, the Business Administration Building (BAB) is a two-story structure with approximately 35,000 gross square feet. The building has remained vacant in anticipation of this interior demolition phase, which will lay the groundwork for the full renovation. All required abatement work, to be completed by the Owner, is scheduled prior to the start of demolition activities. Pre-Bid ??? In-person attendance is requested but not mandatory.
