Sealed proposals for Base Bid will be received until 2:00 pm Thursday May 28, 2026 at UNC Pembroke, Facilities Planning, Design & Construction, Pinchbeck Building, One University Drive, Pembroke, NC 28372, for the Business Administration Building Main Renovation, at which time and place, bids will be opened and read. In accordance with GS133-3 and SCO procedures the following preferred brand items are being considered as Alternates by the Owner for this project: Preferred Alternates: Alternate No. 1 - Electrical Sub-Metering to be EMON E50 sub-metering. Alternate No. 2 - Electrical Panels to be Square D electrical panels. Alternate No. 3 - HVAC Building Automation System to be Delta Controls BAS. Alternate No. 4 - Optical Fiber Cabling to be Leviton optical fiber cable/hardware/connectors. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
