Abstract
This contract will be issued to cover the purchase of buses (if funding and/or emergency purchase request is granted to districts additional units of one or more quantity can be awarded) 2026 model school buses of various passenger sizes, some with air-conditioning, some with lifts designed for special education, which have open certificate of origin.
In several groupings because of possible combinations of options on different chassis that may affect the price, we have included Appendix “B” – Pricing Spreadsheet for the bidder’s use in submitting individual pricing. The bid is specific and no exceptions will be accepted.
1. School bus basic package for this bid:
All buses must meet Delaware Title 14: 1100:1105 Standards for School Buses Placed in Production on or after January 1, 2017. https://regulations.delaware.gov/AdminCode/title14/1100/1105.shtml
