Bus Transportation for SUNY Fredonia Intercollegiate Athletics

SUNY Fredonia is soliciting bids from qualified bus companies to provide full chartered motor coach transportation services for the Intercollegiate Athletics Department for students, coaches and associated staff. Transportation will be from a specified campus location to an indicated destination and return. While at the trip destination, local transportation may be required and may include trips to and from locations for meals, practices, games or other trip-related events. The anticipated contract period will be August 2025 through June 2028, with an optional two, one-year renewal periods. All Terms and Conditions shall be in accordance with the contract documents.

In compliance with the Procurement Lobby Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offeror/Bidder in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000.00 should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY Fredonia who are designated as the contact person(s).
